These apartments secured the first “100″ energy rating in Central & Eastern Europe.

There are however subtle differences in construction methods between Europe and Australia.

To create a template for Australia, we will construct the Ozone Home at the Somerfield Estate in Keysborough, Victoria. Designed and built by Latitude 37, the Ozone Home will be a seven star house without having to use “bells and whistles”.

Our Project partners are Latitude 37 and Boral.

We will create a digital diary to showcase the ease of constructing an Ozone System house. It is an open house so everyone is welcome to come and visit the site.

Construction will begin in January 2013 with dates announced on the website.

We will auction the Ozone Home in March and after payment of project expenses, Ozone Panels and our Project partners will donate a share of net proceeds to charities that support Homeless Youth. This is a commitment that we will carry into the future, ensuring that the adoption of Ozone Panels into the Australian market translates into providing resources to those who don’t have a place to call Home.
